We stayed at the Sheraton for the following fourteen days, and this resort has been our choice of stay several times over time. The enrollment procedure was handled by a nice young man named Humberto.
He was very patient with us in procuring a room to satisfy our requests. I.e., a remodeled space, on a higher floor and near the elevators. He managed to convince us with a fantastic room on the 12th floor close to the lifts. This is the best room we’ve ever had.
The service provided by Humberto could not have been better. Our entire stay was outstanding.
The servers in all of the restaurants were great. LuLu was always available for assistance with a grin. The grounds around the hotel were immaculate, the pool was heated correctly, there were lots of chairs available although it had been occupied, and the music in the several restaurants was quite beautiful. To summarize, we have no negatives, and this 2-week stay was the finest of all our visits, continue the fantastic work.
The area was clean and friendly with the best sea view. The options in restaurants are incredible, and the food is exceptional. The service people at this resort are what truly make the place. By Crispina (the woman who makes smoothies and crepes) to Gama the server around the pool, and Jose, Jorge, and Eduardo the bartenders in the Cantinero swim up bar would be the best men in PV.
So beautiful, enjoyable, and sort. This place is close to the Malecon, grocery store, shops and restaurants are a short 15-30 minute walk with such great scenery along the way. Cannot wait to return! They did not neglect to greet us upon entering and leaving – quite attentive and accommodating as well. The sea views from the couch and our room were amazing! Our room was spotless.
Alsai was also helpful to my husband for additional household issues. Fantastic accommodations and very friendly employees/customer ceremony every step along the way. I talked with several guests who return annually for that very reason.
