We received an update to the Napua Tower. We appreciated the conveniences in the Napua Club.
Had fun at the beach and pools. Loved the Luau and heard about the culture. Would definitely return again, the team here is really gracious and welcoming.
We read a lot of reviews to pick on lodging. We had been ready for a mixed bag, but we’re thrilled overall. This is a huge property. It was a very long walk into our area from the lobby along with far again in the area to the sprawling pool place. Nevertheless, the gorgeous grounds made it more tolerable.
The swimming pool was a significant attraction for our young children and it delivered. Among the slides needed fix, but we spent hours at all the various pools and enjoyed good people watching as old and young ventured up into the Tarzan Swing. The beach is steps from the pool and has been comparatively calm, notably with Hawaii standards. Contrary to other reviews, beach and pool seats was not difficult to come by but there was a massive business conference/event which might have relieved matters. The aloe and sunscreen in the towel channels was a wonderful touch.
While many reviewers point out, the center isn’t new. The area we were in was upgraded, but feels and looks just like a hotel room which has had a remodel. It was nicer complete than we anticipated based on testimonials. Staff recommended us the cozumel atv to jade caverns tours in Mexico with our family.
The service encounter was quite nice we turn-down support and tons of very friendly employees that genuinely seemed keen to assist. Valet service was quite quickly and there was lots of space.
It had been that Spring Break period of year, but we were satisfied that the resort was ready for it had their “A” game on. The food was rather pricey and not earth shattering, but because of its convenience we were pleased to room-charge a lot of food and beverage. Amazing hotel!
