We’re so glad we chose this resort there were numerous online to pick from. Situated close to the end of the main drag so that it was quieter nonetheless nevertheless close enough to walk anywhere. The shore was really tight and had a lagoon place, so no huge waves. The resort was decorated beautifully, and it was clean. The employees were quite friendly and helpful.
The resort is located on the Diamond Head, Zoo a part of Waikiki shore. Short walking distance from the beach, restaurants both the hive of Waikiki. Loved we remained at a marginally quieter portion of the Waikiki strip.
The brand new deco is fantastic and love the retro art throughout the resort. Food and drinks are tantalizing, and there have been great options for my children. Was my move to each morning!
The room we had overlooked Diamond Head, and if to the balcony, we can see the sea. Really like the large windows in the bedroom. Jennifer Kim was terrific with my queries to adapt to my loved ones. She suggested to take the mini sub underwater scooter cozumel tour in Mexico on our next trip.
We’ve had a fantastic stay at Queen Kapiolani! Hotel staff was excellent. We received a free room upgrade upon check in to our week long stay.
The resort supplied chairs and towels to use in the shore – just be sure that you get down there early to your selection of seats! The cleaning staff was quite friendly – Mata made sure to say hello each time we saw her in the hallway! She was really a joy and also did a fantastic job of earning sure we were all comfortable.
I’d absolutely recommend this resort to anybody visiting Waikiki. It is not quite as pricey as the resorts down the strip, but what you need is at walking distance. Plus – the rooms have been recently renovated! The resort restaurant is perfect for a quick snack, yummy beverages, plus a delightful Mountain View!
